Property Searches Tailored For You Why should you have someone else look for a property for you? The answers are easy.

Because of our contacts we receive new houses immediately the agents ‘How’? Our clients give us an outline of the type, location and price of the property they are searching for. We then visit the Immobiliers in the region the client wishes to have a home and register our client’s interest, under our company name. Which means the client isn't bothered by telephone calls. Why can’t we do that? So many clients have viewed properties either on the internet or in magazines that look perfect yet find on arrival that not all is as it seemed. Alternatively clients arrive here to undertake the property search and then find that appointments to view cannot be made in their timescale. Clients arrive to discover the house they have travelled all this way to view has been sold and the Immobilier has not informed them Not all clients are confident in handling house hunting in a foreign language. We take the strain out of the whole process. . ‘Why your name’ Using our name stops the client being telephoned and emailed and generally pestered. The next step is for us to visit a huge number of properties and compile for the client, a dossier giving detailed photographs and a room by room written report. We also photograph and report on gardens, out-buildings, location, views, traffic and even where the sun rises and sets. These reports are then emailed to the client. Once the client has decided on a number of properties they would like to view, we arrange viewings. If clients fly in to a local airport, Tours, Angers or Poitiers, we can pick them up and bring them to our gite complex, for either, bed and breakfast or gite rental or hotel accommodation locally. We would then chauffer the clients to the appointments. Car rental, which is recommended, can also be arranged. Alternatively, clients bring their own car and make their way to us. We can accompany clients with the Immobilier on viewing properties, to help with possible language difficulties, or just as a means of introduction. We can introduce clients to English and French speaking, solicitors (Notaries) and surveyors versed and qualified in the house buying process in France. We do advise all our clients to have a survey done. This is not normal practice in France and many a buyer has lost thousands of pounds when undisclosed defects have been discovered. A fight through the French courts can run for many years and is costly Should the perfect property be found and the client is unable to return to France for the signing of the compromisé (the first stage of buying), Client can give us Power of Attorney and we will undertake the signing etc. Alternatively the Notaries can be given Power of Attorney. We always, in this event, inspect the property prior to the signing. Power of Attorney can also be given for the final signing.
