We then organize viewings, to maximise your visit to France you will view as many of the properties you have selected. We shall accompany you on the viewings to aid with language etc. We can arrange accommodation and car hire. Alternatively, for a small fee, we can pick you up from a local airport, take you to your accommodation and then chauffeur you to the properties. When you have found your ideal property or land we can guide you through negotiation, purchase and onwards to completion. Just some of the service we can help you with are:- Sourcing the plot of land Once we know the area in which you want to live and your criteria, we shall email photographs and full reports on the land, nearby villages and schools etc. Finding the right plot at the right price will save you time and money. You will not have wasted visits looking at land that you have been told is 'perfect' only to discover it is on a main road, next to a concrete works, or so far from anywhere, there are no roads to it. Introductory meeting and Tour of the Area Once the ideal plot has been found and you have visited the site and looked around the area we can help with negotiating the price, introduction to an English speaking Notary (lawyer) who will be working for you and not, as is usual in France, for both parties. Architect and Landscaper We introduce you to an architect and the Kew trained landscaper, who shall, working with you, create your perfect French home Planning authorities. We will liaise, attend meetings on your behalf, where necessary, with the local planning authorities, mayor, electric board and water board Builders, plumbers and electricians We only use tried and tested siret registered craftsmen, which is vital for insurance purposes and for tax purposes when selling your home. Using craftsman who do not have the right certification will effect any insurance claim and could increase Capital Gains tax when the property is sold. Project management.
