We moved to France in 2002 and have spent
the past few years buying and renovating property and now have three gites
and a thriving B&B business.
During our years here we had been asked by many of our gite & B&B
guests to
assist them in searching for property and land in the Loire area plus give
them assistance with finding a mortgage, a Bank, etc...
We decided that we should offer our experience to English
speaking clients looking to purchase property or land in France.
Thus Professional Property Services - France was born.
It was, however, very important to us that we did not follow other
companies set up to offer a similar service and charge an up front fee or
even a % of the purchase price, because the Immobilier fees are very high
in France plus the Notaries fees, it would be unfair to charge further
fees.

We have negotiated with a number of proven
and ethical Immobilier, which means that whether clients go through us or
not the Immobilier and Notaries fees are exactly the same. However PPS
save you time and money.
We do make a charge for additional works such as property viewing,
translation, assisting clients at meetings etc.. but we keep our rates to a
minimum.
Obviously should you wish us to undertake Project Management
responsibilities or other tasks including organising builders, plumbers,
electricians, architects, key holding, property security and maintenance
then we give a quotation for the work involved and agree a price before
any work is undertaken. We are also able to offer the services of a Kew
trained landscaper and gardener, who will transform your land and gardens.
We have built excellent
relationships with the CIO Bank and TorFx who we are agents for.
